Please review these Terms carefully. Your continued use of our website, creation of an account, or purchase of products signifies your acceptance of these Terms in full.

Eligibility & Lawful Use
To access or use this website, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
You are prohibited from attempting unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts, introducing viruses or harmful code, engaging in fraudulent transactions or identity theft, or interfering with the proper functioning of the website. Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of access, reporting to law enforcement, and potential civil liability.

Account Registration & Responsibilities

Orders, Availability & Pricing
All orders placed through the site are offers to purchase subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. Promotions or discounts may be time-limited and subject to additional terms. Payments are securely processed through third-party payment processors; we do not store full credit card details on our servers.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Most packages are delivered within 2–4 business days via UPS or FedEx Ground.
We currently ship only within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. Title and risk transfer to you once the carrier confirms delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit, notify us within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date to initiate a claim with the carrier. For damaged shipments, send clear photos or videos to support@nicecovemusic.com within 72 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.

Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To request a return, contact us at support@nicecovemusic.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. The customer pays return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of inspection. Bank processing times may add 3–5 additional days. Exchanges are available only for defective, incorrect, or wrong-size items.

Intellectual Property
All content, including text, images, product designs, logos, and graphics, is the property of Nicecovemusic LLC or its licensors and is protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Disclaimer of Warranties
