Thank you for shopping with Nicecovemusic. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and easy process.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Whenever possible, return the product in its original packaging.
Include your order confirmation or receipt.
Provide a clear written explanation for the return — such as wrong size, wrong color, or defective product.
You must include at least two clear photos showing the affected or damaged area, the size tag (for sizing issues), and the full front and back of the product.

Return requests submitted without clear and complete photographic proof will be automatically rejected.

Return Timeframe
Returns must be requested within 120 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after 120 days will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return
Please email our support team at support@nicecovemusic.com with the following details: your full name, order number, reason for return, and required photo evidence.
Indicate whether you prefer a replacement or a refund.
Our support team will respond within 2–3 business days with the next steps.

Return Shipping
If you received the wrong item, wrong size, or a defective product, Nicecovemusic covers all return shipping costs and provides a prepaid return label.
If the return is not due to our error, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake.

Exchange Policy
We only accept exchanges in the following cases: the item arrived damaged or defective, you received the wrong size or product, or the product differs significantly from what was shown on nicecovemusic.com.
We cannot process exchanges for personal preference, wrong size choice (unless it was our mistake), or minor cosmetic issues like loose threads.
To request an exchange, email support@nicecovemusic.com with your full name, order number, a clear explanation of the issue, desired replacement item or size, and required photo evidence.
If approved and the replacement is in stock, we will send it at no additional cost.
If the replacement is out of stock, we will offer an alternative item or a full refund.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Please review your order carefully before checkout, especially size, color, and quantity.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase without any fee.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
To cancel an order, email support@nicecovemusic.com with your order number.

Important Notes
Return window: 120 days from delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is our fault.
Nicecovemusic is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
